"Bisque Porcelain China Head Doll". circa 1860 to 1870.Original Clothing, leather boots, Mid 19th Century Antique "China Head" Bisque Porcelain Doll. Antique Porcelain Doll. Flat Top, "Civil War" circa 1850 to 1870. This China Doll dates from the 1860s with style black molded hair, flat on top with curls on the sides. She is wearing original clothing. Cloth body, arms, legs, clothes, and leather gloves and feet. Wonderful condition. The doll is 26 inches overall height, the widest at the hips is 12 inches and the porcelain head measures 4 and three quarter inches wide, and the porcelain top measures 7 and one half inches tall.

This antique porcelain water pitcher measures 8 and one half inches widest point and is 7 and one half inches high at the highest point. Stamped on the bottom, which can be seen in one of the enlargements. The pattern of this porcelain piece from England is called Canova.

Antique Rare Narwhal Whale Tusk

Rare Item, Rare Antique Whale Tusk. Narwhal Whale Horn. Rarest of all ivories, this item is very hard to find. This antique whale tusk 38 inches in length. Mounted with brass mounts on wood. All narwhals have two teeth in their upper jaw. After the first year of a male narwhal's life, its left tooth grows outward, spirally. This long, single tooth projects from its upper jaw and can grow to be 7-10 feet (2-3 m) long. Tusks are usually twisted in a counterclockwise direction and have a hollow interior. The function of the tusk is uncertain, perhaps used as a formidable jousting weapon in courtship and dominance rivalry, in obtaining food, and or for channeling and amplifying sonar pulses (which they emit). The tusk is not used in hunting. Long ago, narwhal sightings reinforced (or started) the unicorn legends. RARE and BEAUTIFUL Collectible Item.

Antique Sevres Empire Porcelain Tea Set circa 1870

Antique Tea Set, Antique Sevres Empire Porcelain. "Antique Sevres Empire Porcelain Tea Set circa 1870" The cups to this Sevres Empire Tea Set measure 2 and five eighths inches across the rim and are 3 and one half inches high at the handle. The saucers measure 5 and one half inches across. The cream pitcher in this Sevres Tea Set measures 8 inches high and is 3 inches across the rim. The cream pitcher is 2 and three eighths inches at the base. The sugar container measures 6 and one quarter inches wide handle to handle and 2 and three quarter inches across the rim. This sugar jar measures 6 inches high to the handle. The tea pot in the Sevres Empire set measures 7 and one half inches at the widest point and is 4 and one half inches across the rim and it measures 10 and three quarter inches high. The tray measures 19 inches across and is 13 and one half inches deep.CONDITION,the set has only one repair,the handle of one of the cups was broken and repaired awhile ago,slight scratches here and there but over all it is in very good condition with no chips breaks or major repairs to the set.The pieces are all individually hand painted and signed by the artist whos name is hard to make out. I am sure someone familiar with this artist would recognize his signature as it is clear but hard for me to make out
