Pair of oval Adams brass curtain tie backs c1800. Each of this matched pair of brass tiebacks measures 2 and one quarter inches across, 1 and three quarter inches across and 2 and one eighth inches to the start of the screw back. Original condition.
Large Thomas Hopper Victorian walnut picture or mirror frame c1875. The original label is on the back and it states Thomas Hopper Frame Maker No 122 Nassau ST NY Est 1839. This is the best American Victorian frame we have handled to date. All original with gold leaf insert. The solid black walnut frame is carved to look like tree branches. Measures 56 inches wide by 38 inches high and 3 inches deep.
Hand carved Victorian oak mantel c1890. This simple but elegant oak mantel is one of a set of three that are available. The were removed from a period American Victorian home in Connecticut. Each is in excellent condition with original finish. Note the carving is deep dish carved not applied. Each mantel measures 64 and one half inches across its top and 50 inches high. The inside opening measures 41 and one quarter inches by 38 and one half inches. The top is 12 and one half inches front to back.
