French silver,Antique French silver salts,"French silver salt cellars" This French hallmarked silver master salt is sterling with cobalt blue glass insert.This French masters salt has a Beauvais mark. The silver salt measures 3inches long, 2" deep, 2 and one quarter inches high. There is one small lip chip to its original cobalt blue glass insert.

"Antique doorstops" dog doorstops,Pair of Antique bronze Mastiff doorstops / bookends, in cast bronze . Wonderful detail. These well cast dogs are from the turn of the century. Measurements: with base 11 and one half inches high, 5 and three quarters inches across, 3" deep. Dog: 6 and three quarters inches high, 5 and one half inches across, 3 deep.

Period Antique English early Brass Trivet

"Antique trivets" brass trivet, fine antique English trivet. Late 18th century to early 19th century brass trivet. This early brass trivet has hand cut open work and engraved ornamentation. The brass has a mellow soft patina from 2 centuries of polishing and use that cannot be duplicated. Trivet measures 7 and one half inches high by 10 inches long. Hand riveted. This trivet stood in front of a fire place for setting heavy hot pots on. It would make a lovely stand for a potted plant.
